manga download section; should i?

 thinkin of having a section where pple can download manga, partically in rar/zip form as long as people provide there own host or i may be glad to host the not so large files myself...risks would be urs to take if u dont trust a file o.o i will of course scan files to make sure tehre isnt a virus or anything but i cant guarentee...and id get permission from subbers to make sure i can host it up cuz some require permission :P what do u think? would it bring more pple o.o

lol actually i contacted them earlier this morning about getting permission to get the yyh series off of them and hosting it myself for the forums ;O giving them credit for my source of course ;O waiting for the reply and once i recieve it im going to upload to my server and allow direct downloading of the series straight from the forum ;O
