 Umm... sooo many. I probably could have split this subject up.

Two of my favorites are Kurama vs. Toguro Ani (with the Janen-Ju), and Kurama vs. Shigure.

Hiei vs. Mukuro also rocked.

And... I really have to rewatch the series.

 not just because I like him so much, but most of Kurama's fights are decent, and I like to watch Yuusuke vs. Jin. I'm sure if I watched the series again I'd find more favorite fights.
